I'm a chocoholic, tea-obsessed, self-care-loving mom of two who has a thing for collecting too many houseplants and notebooks.
I'm a holistic wellness coach, registered holistic nutritionist, and massage practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the natural health & wellness world, with a focus on helping women feel balanced, energized, and genuinely good in their bodies, physically, mentally, and soulfully.

I’m also a recovering people pleaser and natural born overthinker. I was the kid who tucked worry dolls under her pillow at night and stressed about whether my parents had enough gas to make it to wherever they were going. I hated feeling anxious and ungrounded, so I’ve spent years figuring out what truly helps when it comes to feeling anxious and unaligned, and what doesn’t. I've learned that we put into our body (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually) can make all the difference in how we feel and move through the world. I’ve been on a mission to find the best ways to feel calm, balanced, and at home in our bodies and now I get to share those with you!
I take a simple, grounded approach to well-being, blending natural nutrition, mindset shifts, sleep support, and easy habits and practices that don't just feel good, but are incredibly effective too!
I believe wellness should feel intuitive, empowering, and effortless to weave into daily life, supporting everything from balanced hormones and deeper sleep to less stress, more energy and better moods.

​My philosophy is to embrace simplicity. Nourish your body with natural, healthy, and delicious foods, make sleep and rest a priority, move in ways that feel good to you, get out in nature whenever possible, and surround yourself with people and things that feed your soul!

I believe in the importance of self-love and care, and I'm constantly amazed at the magic that happens when we take time to slow down, connect, get back to the basics, and listen to our body, mind, and soul.
​
I also believe that balance is key and although I love meditation, yoga and green juices (and know they have their place in the wellness world), I also know that catching up with a friend over a heaping plate of nachos and laughing til you cry is just as important for our well-being (maybe even more ;) ).
​
I believe we weren't born just to pay bills and feel anxious, stressed and exhausted. I believe we were meant to thoroughly enjoy life, nourish our body with divine food, feel good in our own skin, laugh til our cheeks hurt, and appreciate all the amazing things that this human journey has to offer.

I love sharing ways that people can support their own health (naturally) through mindfulness, nutrition, movement, self-care and so much more!
