Pizza! (or anything with a lot of spice and garlic) And, of course, chocolate (bonus points if there's a little sea salt sprinkled in there too)!

Snowboarding in the BC mountains,  a walk in the woods, or a yoga session.

There are so many, but Tofino BC is pretty incredible (playing on the beach, watching the waves, and eating tacos!)

Fall! The colors, warm comfort foods, getting to pull my sweaters out of the closet again, and the overall cozy feeling is unbeatable!

Hi, I'm Bee!

 

I’m a registered holistic nutritionist (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition), certified in Nutrition and Mental Health (Massachusetts General Hospital), and a massage practitioner (Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy) with over 15 years of experience in the integrative health and wellness space.

​

My work centers around supporting women’s mental and overall well-being through a grounded, holistic approach that helps them feel more aligned, nurtured, and restored physically, mentally, and soulfully. 

​

​

​I’m also a recovering people-pleaser and a natural-born overthinker, so creating a sense of calm and groundedness has been a big part of my own wellness journey, too. Over the years, I’ve become deeply passionate about learning what truly helps us feel more supported in our minds, bodies, and everyday lives. I’ve learned that what we take in physically, mentally, emotionally, and “soulfully” can make such a difference in how we feel. Now, I love sharing wellness practices that help women feel more balanced, connected, and at home within themselves.

I take a simple, grounded approach to well-being, blending nutrition, mindset shifts, sleep support, and easy habits and practices that don't just feel good, but are incredibly effective too!

 

I believe wellness should feel intuitive, empowering, and effortless to weave into daily life, supporting everything from balanced hormones and deeper sleep to less stress, more energy, and better moods.

​

​My philosophy is to embrace simplicity. Nourish our bodies with natural, healthy, and delicious foods, make sleep and rest a priority, move in ways that feel good to us, get out in nature whenever possible, and surround ourselves with people and things that feed our souls!

​

I believe in the importance of self-love and care, and I'm constantly amazed at the magic that happens when we take time to slow down, connect, get back to the basics, and listen to our body, mind, and soul.

​

I also believe that balance is key, and although I love meditation, yoga and green juices (and know they have their place in the wellness world), I also know that catching up with a friend over a heaping plate of nachos and laughing til you cry is just as important for our well-being (maybe even more ;) ).

​

I know we weren't born to just pay bills and feel anxious, stressed, and exhausted. I believe we were meant to thoroughly enjoy life, nourish our bodies with divinely delicious foods, feel good in our own skin, laugh til our cheeks hurt, and appreciate all the amazing things that this human journey has to offer.

​

I love sharing ways that people can support their own health (naturally) through mindfulness, nutrition, movement, self-care, and so much more!

 

I’m here to help you fill your cup, recharge your battery, sprinkle your soul with goodness, and remind you of just how incredibly amazing you are!
