What's Included
​Once we connect, you'll be emailed your assessment guide. Find a time that works for you, grab your favorite warm drink and comfiest blanket, and fill out!
This can be filled out on your laptop, phone, or tablet (whatever floats your boat). The assessment looks at different areas of your overall well-being, stress levels, eating habits, sleep, and more. Just answer whatever you feel comfortable with, then save it and send it back my way!

Once I go over your assessment, you’ll receive a customized guide (kind of like your own, personalized e-book) based on your answers, that will highlight any areas that could use a little extra love and support right now.
Your guide will go over topics like your sleep, simple nutrition tips, mindset practices, and how stress is showing up in your body. You’ll also have easy, natural tools to support your nervous system and help you come back to a calmer, grounded place, body & mind.
Everything is approached holistically, meaning looking at your body, your mind, and your everyday life as a whole, so the support feels realistic, intentional, and actually doable.​

A little about me. . .
I'm so happy you're here!
I'm Bee,
I’m a registered holistic nutritionist (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition), certified in Nutrition and Mental Health (Massachusetts General Hospital), and a massage practitioner (Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy) with over 15 years of experience in the integrative health and wellness space.
​
My work centers around supporting women’s mental and overall well-being through a grounded, holistic approach that helps them feel more aligned, nurtured, and restored physically, mentally, and soulfully.
​
​I’m also a recovering people-pleaser and a natural-born overthinker, so creating a sense of calm and groundedness has been a big part of my own wellness journey, too. Over the years, I’ve become deeply passionate about learning what truly helps us feel more supported in our minds, bodies, and everyday lives. I’ve learned that what we take in physically, mentally, emotionally, and “soulfully” can make such a difference in how we feel. Now, I love sharing wellness practices that help women feel more balanced, connected, and at home within themselves.
I take a simple, grounded approach to well-being, blending nutrition, mindset shifts, sleep support, and easy habits and practices that don't just feel good, but are incredibly effective too!
I believe wellness should feel intuitive, empowering, and effortless to weave into daily life, supporting everything from balanced hormones and deeper sleep to less stress, more energy and better moods.
My philosophy is to embrace simplicity. Nourish your body with natural, healthy, and delicious foods, make sleep and rest a priority, move in ways that feel good to you, get out in nature whenever possible, and surround yourself with people and things that feed your soul!
I believe in the importance of self-love and care, and I'm constantly amazed at the magic that happens when we take time to slow down, connect, get back to the basics, and listen to our body, mind, and soul. I also believe that balance is key and although I love meditation, yoga and green juices (and know they have their place in the wellness world), I also know that catching up with a friend over a heaping plate of nachos and laughing til you cry is just as important for our well-being (maybe even more ;) ).
I know we weren't born to just pay bills and feel anxious, stressed and exhausted. I believe we were meant to thoroughly enjoy life, nourish our body with divinely delicious food, feel good in our own skin, laugh til our cheeks hurt, and appreciate all the amazing things that this human journey has to offer!
