My name's Bee,
I'm a chocoholic, tea-obsessed, self-care-loving mom of two who has a thing for collecting too many houseplants and notebooks.
I’m a holistic wellness coach, registered holistic nutritionist, and massage practitioner.
I guide women through holistic care and natural nutrition support, with a focus on stress, anxiety, and sleep, and helping lovely humans find balance, joy, and connection (body, mind, and soul).
I'm also a recovering anxious flyer
​This guide is incredibly personal to me as I’ve struggled heavily with flying anxiety since I was in my early teens.
I used to. . .
-stress the moment I would book my ticket
-not fully enjoy whatever trip I was on because I'd be thinking about the flight back
-have to medicate myself to the point I could barely function
-never able to fly on my own

​As I got older I realized that if I wanted to be able to travel with my family and visit relatives in faraway places, then flying would have to be a part of my life. I wanted to be able to hop on a plane alone, or with my kids without needing another adult to babysit me.
I also wanted to not have to stress for weeks leading up to my flight, and maybe even get to a place where I actually enjoyed flying (something I never thought I’d be able to do)!
I've worked with counselors, and therapists, listened to podcasts, tried somatic exercises, read books, did hypnotherapy, leaned into holistic nutrition, meditated, and poured myself into self-care and inner work, and I'm so excited to share with you all the best things I've learned in this condensed guide.
